We are currently experiencing delayed work item update events that impact multiple apps to process changes slower than usually. We are seeing delays from up to 20 minutes. The affected apps and workflows are:
* Deep Clone and the delayed processing of work item post functions
* External Data and the delayed update of dependant fields

We are working closely with Atlassian to get this delayed processing resolved.
