Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue where Search Fields are not working on the Create Issue screen for some customers. This affects only a subset of users and projects.

The issue has been identified as a platform-level problem on Atlassian's side.
We have opened an ECOHELP ticket with Atlassian and are awaiting further updates.
